Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain high quality Tableau and Power BI dashboards that visually communicate performance trends, operational insights, and business outcomes. • Translate complex datasets into intuitive, visually compelling analytics that enable stakeholders to quickly understand key drivers, risks, and opportunities. • Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand analytical needs and define visualization requirements, including KPIs, metrics, and storytelling approaches. • Create business solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and decision making across operating organizations. • Collaborate with business our data analytics team and IT to ensure data sources, view tables, and models are accurate, performant, and aligned with business definitions. • Gather, document, and validate detailed business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and System Requirement Specifications (SRS). • Develop and maintain system interfaces and business process specifications related to analytics and reporting solutions. • Ensure dashboards follow best practices in visual design, usability, and accessibility, including consistency, clarity, and effective use of color, layout, and interaction.
