Job Title – Sr. Digital Analytics Job Location – Chicago, IL – Hybrid \_ Local Only Interview process: Virtual/Onsite Visa:- USC & GC Only Duration:12 Months Pay Rate: $55-60/hr. on C2C Top 5 Must-Have Skillsets • Senior Insights Analyst Test Learn Digital Analytics Customer Behavior Analysis • Experience analyzing digital customer journeys conversion funnels engagement metrics and behavioral trends using tools such as Google Analytics 4 BigQuery Databricks SQL Palantir/Foundry and Quantum Metric. • Strong technical skills in SQL and data validation to ensure experiment integrity troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis • Experimentation Test Design • Strong understanding of A/B and multivariate testing hypothesis development KPI selection statistical significance and experiment measurement methodologies. • Data Storytelling • Executive Communication • Ability to translate complex analyses into clear concise and actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. • Strategic Thinking Problem Solving • Ability to identify optimization opportunities connect insights to business outcomes and develop data-driven recommendations that improve customer experience and digital performance. • Business Product Acumen • Ability to connect insights to customer experience operational impact and business outcomes while partnering effectively across • Product UX Engineering and Commercial teams.
