Sr. Engineer, Software – Kafka

We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with strong expertise in Kafka, Python/Java, UNIX/Linux, REST APIs, and CI/CD to build scalable, real-time, event-driven systems. Must Have Skills: Apache Kafka & Messaging Systems Python or Java (OOP) UNIX/Linux & Bash Scripting REST APIs & Microservices CI/CD, Docker & Kubernetes SQL & Observability Tools (Splunk/Grafana/AppDynamics) Experience with AI productivity tools like Claude/Cursor Key Responsibilities: • Build real-time data pipelines & distributed systems • Develop Kafka-based event-driven architectures • Design scalable APIs & microservices • Automate workflows using Bash scripting • Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments • Drive technical excellence across architecture, testing, and production support Nice to Have: Databricks, Snowflake, AWS/Azure/GCP, Network Domain experience, AI/RAG exposure.
