Role description
Must have certifications in Epic Cogito, Caboodle or Clarity Description Must have past experience within Epic Cogito Our client is looking for a Sr Epic Report Writers for 6-month extendable, 100% REMOTE contracts. This person will be a member of the Epic Reports team dedicated to the prioritization, design and development of reports and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of Epic Clarity and Caboodle reports development using the Cogito SQL, SAP BusinessObjects suite tools Crystal and Webi. Job Responsibilities: Analyze request requirements, recommend and develop appropriate solutions Take full ownership of complex assignments and projects and see them to completion Assist with technical and tactical direction for projects and utilization of tools. Perform thorough testing and quality assessment to deliver high quality results Able to multitask and complete assignments in timely manner/meet deadlines Prioritize work appropriately Work with minimal supervision Identify problem areas with proposed solutions Collaborate and communicate effectively across teams, customers and vendors Understand Epic EMR workflows as they relate to the report requests Additional Position Specific Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience is required that includes the design, development, testing and troubleshooting of Epic, Clarity/Caboodle analytical and operational reports Proficiency in SQL query development and optimization in both Oracle and Microsoft is a must Epic Clarity certifications are a definitive plus and areas of preferred expertise are • Ambulatory • Inpatient • Cadence • OpTime • ASAP • ADT • Professional Billing Knowledge of Epic Caboodle database, Reporting Workbench (RW SQL), Radar and SlicerDicer applications is also preferred Knowledge and experience of reports development though SAP Universes a definitive plus Experience with development of Tableau front end visualizations along with backend structures a plus Knowledge of Databricks and development is also a plus Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
