Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Sr IT Analyst - PLM ETO to work on a contract basis. The role involves analyzing, configuring, and supporting PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems for Engineer-to-Order (ETO) environments. This position requires expertise in PLM tools and enterprise IT systems to ensure seamless integration and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation and maintenance of PLM systems tailored for Engineer-to-Order manufacturing processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for PLM system enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PLM with ERP, CAD, and other enterprise systems.
• Provide tier-3 support, troubleshooting complex issues in PLM software and related integrations.
• Develop and document PLM workflows, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with PLM systems, preferably in Engineer-to-Order environments.
• Proficiency in PLM software such as Windchill, Teamcenter, or similar enterprise solutions.
• Strong understanding of CAD integration, data management, and BOM (Bill of Materials) structures.
• Experience with ERP systems integration (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and API-based data exchange.
• Knowledge of SQL, scripting (Python, VBA), and PLM customization tools.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and propose technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in system configuration and testing.
