Role description
Objectives of This Role:
As the digital analyst, you will support and take part in the development of communication outreach and nurturing strategies for marketing automation and email campaigns by partnering with digital strategists to develop actionable insights to maximize engagement and conversion opportunities that align with brand objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will develop reporting objectives and key performance indicators to identify trends and evaluate the success of client initiatives and objectives and establish benchmarks and analyze reporting data to monitor program performance. You will manage Google Analytics accounts, including Google Tag Manager, custom segments, goal tracking, etc, across website, email, and media assets; work closely with the development team to manage, implement, and QA necessary tracking codes and campaign execution across brands, channels, and systems; manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, leveraging database analysis skills, as well as data visualization and business intelligence tools; monitor cross-channel marketing campaign performance and website engagement for key clients.
Job Requirements:
β’ 4 to 6 years of digital marketing and marketing automation experience
β’ Robust working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tableau, or any similar tools
β’ Exceptional analytical ability and critical thinking skills
β’ Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape
β’ Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and/or HubSpot); certification is a plus
β’ Strong background in analyzing campaign data and drawing conclusions
β’ Experience articulating email campaign structure and analytics findings (written and in person)
β’ Expertise in developing lead scoring, nurture, and drip campaigns
β’ HTML development skills are a plus
β’ Strong understanding of Google Ads, DoubleClick, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tagging
β’ Strong organization and written/oral communication skills
β’ Attention to detail is a must
β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
