Vertex Elite is currently seeking a qualified Sr. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center Developer to join our team.

Job Type : Full Time (W2 position with Vertex Elite LLC β No sponsorship available)
Location : 100% Remote
Responsibilities
β’ Lead technical design sessions and own the implementation of D365 Contact Center solutions.
β’ Provide technical oversight on key components such as:
β’ Omnichannel for Customer Service
β’ Unified Routing, Workstreams
β’ Channel integration (voice, chat, social)
β’ Microsoft Copilot and Virtual Agents
β’ Collaborate with Solution Architects to design integrations with backend systems and external services.
β’ Guide and mentor development teams to deliver high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code.
β’ Review code and ensure alignment with best practices and enterprise standards.
β’ Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide proactive resolutions.
β’ Contribute to DevOps processes including CI/CD pipelines and ALM best practices.
β’ Configuration of Azure Communication Services
Required Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
β’ 5+ years of technical experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Contact Center
β’ Deep understanding of Omnichannel architecture, customization, and extensibility.
β’ Strong development experience with:
β’ JavaScript, TypeScript, Plugins (C#), Power Automate, PCF Controls
β’ Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents)
β’ Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Dataverse
β’ Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
