Role description
Role – Sr. Operation Business Analyst with Finance Domain Location – Chicago, IL Contract Key Responsibilities: Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements Design product features by synthesizing client feedback and market intelligence, Build products that are scalable, resilient, available, flexible, and elegantly address business needed Collaborate closely with internal and external technology partners to prioritize work and efficiently execute. Participate in Agile ceremonies to present and refine Epics, Features & Stories Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Partner with the Data Office to ensure products leverage best-in-class data practices and adhere to data govenance standards Leverage metrics to drive engagement, adoption, and customer satisfaction Develop and maintain detailed business process models and documentation Conduct business side User Acceptance Testing as part of the SOLC Qualifications: Detailed understanding of the Asset Management business, or close experience in another Capital Markets business. Experience in OCIO business highly preferred. Detail-oriented with strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving complex business problems Proven track record of successful requirements management as a Business Analyst. Expertise as Business Analyst/Process specialist in client onboarding/in Financial Trading and Portfolio Mar Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly skilled at managing competing priorities to deliver as part of a collaborative cross-functional teams. Experience with large and complex systems invo Broad technology knowledge across software systems and solutions development Demonstrates client focus and drives outstanding UVUX via creation and implementation of client journeys and user centered design Understanding of Scaled Agile and Scrum practices Global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences Experience delivering change on SaaS platforms such as Eagle & Aladdin preferred Proficiency in data tools and software (eg.
