Radiant Systems is seeking an experienced Sr. Oracle SQL Analyst to join a long-term hybrid opportunity in Atlanta, GA. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and transactional database analysis who enjoy solving complex business problems through data.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and optimize complex Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programs.
• Write complex SQL queries from scratch against normalized Oracle transactional databases.
• Analyze business requirements and identify appropriate database tables, joins, and relationships.
• Extract, validate, transform, and analyze operational data for reporting and research.
• Develop and maintain automated SQL processes, scheduled jobs, and recurring data refreshes.
• Troubleshoot SQL scripts, automated jobs, and data quality issues.
• Create efficient, reusable, and well-documented SQL code.
• Support operational reporting, KPIs, legislative reporting, and executive data requests.
• Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and communicate analytical findings.
• Support Tableau dashboards and data visualization initiatives as needed.
Required Skills:
• Strong experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development.
• Experience writing complex SQL queries from scratch against normalized Oracle transactional databases.
• Strong understanding of database design, joins, relationships, and data analysis.
• Experience with SQL optimization, automation, and scheduled database jobs.
• Knowledge of data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Experience supporting Tableau or other data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
