Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst with deep expertise in data analytics and digital customer experience measurement to support our eCommerce and digital platforms. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, proactive professional who excels at turning complex behavioral data into actionable insights and influencing product decisions across cross-functional teams.
The Senior Product Analyst will work closely with Product, UX, Engineering, and Marketing partners, leveraging modern product analytics and session replay tools—especially Quantum Metric—to optimize customer journeys, improve conversion, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Partner with product managers to define KPIs and evaluate the success of new features and releases.
· Use digital experience analytics and behavioral analytics tools (e.g., Quantum Metric, ContentSquare, FullStory, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, or similar platforms) to identify customer trends, friction points, and behavioral insights.
· Conduct deep-dive analyses on feature adoption, customer journeys, and overall product performance.
· Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and new ideas.
· Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
· Perform competitive and opportunity analyses to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
· Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to cross-functional partners, including executives, product, UX, and engineering teams.
Required Experience & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
· 5+ years of experience in product, digital, or customer analytics, ideally in eCommerce or digital-first environments.
· Hands-on experience with digital analytics and customer behavior platforms (no specific tool required), along with strong SQL skills; experience with Snowflake and BI visualization tools preferred.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills, with the ability to translate insights into business and product impact.
· Familiarity with agile development practices and modern product lifecycles.
Nice to Have:
· Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis.
· Knowledge of predictive modeling or machine learning.
· Experience in multi-brand or multi-country digital environments.
