Sr. Python Engineer

Required Skills & Experience -Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience) -7+ years in software development on collaborative teams -Production-level Python expertise -Strong knowledge of distributed and event-driven architectures -Deep AWS experience (Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, SQS, API Gateway, IAM) -Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK or similar) -ETL pipeline development for batch/real-time data processing -Monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, CloudWatch, Prometheus) -Django and Boto library experience -Strong data processing experience Nice to Have Skills & Experience -Experience with other programming languages like Java or Go -Financial / fintech domain experience (manager has strong preference to domain experience, but is open to talking to strong candidates without it) -Exposure to portfolio analytics and benchmarking tools Job Description Insight Global seeks a Senior Python Engineer to design, build, and maintain a real-time automated portfolio rebalancing solution.
