We are seeking an experienced Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong background in Salesforce platform delivery to lead agile teams in fast-paced implementation environments. This role requires a proactive leader who can facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality solutions across cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic project settings, brings deep expertise in Salesforce ecosystems, and is skilled at driving collaboration across technical and business stakeholders.
𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Lead and facilitate core Agile ceremonies, including:
o Sprint Planning
o Daily Stand-ups
o Sprint Reviews & Retrospectives
o Backlog Refinement
• Identify and remove blockers to ensure uninterrupted team progress and sprint success
• Coach and guide teams in Agile best practices, driving continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Admins, QA teams, and stakeholders
• Monitor sprint metrics such as velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution
• Drive accountability and focus within delivery teams to meet sprint commitments
• Support scalable Agile adoption, including SAFe practices when applicable
𝗘𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁-𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
• 7+ years of experience delivering solutions on the Salesforce platform, including:
o Health Cloud
o Service Cloud
o Experience Cloud
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Hands-on experience in implementation projects (not limited to operations & maintenance)
• 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳:
o Salesforce release cycles
o Configuration, customization, and integrations
o Deployment processes
