We are seeking an experienced Senior SDVI Rally Developer with expertise in Python and AWS based media supply chain workflows The ideal candidate will design develop and optimize Rally workflows for automated media processing metadata management and seamless content archival ensuring scalability and efficiency in media operations
Key Responsibilities
Architect and optimize SDVI Rally Core workflows for content ingestion processing and distribution
Work extensively with Rally REST APIs automating media ingestion metadata handling and workflow execution using Python
Implement Rally Jobs for encoding transcoding Auto QC and renditions
Design scalable AWSbased automation leveraging Lambda S3 SNS SQS Step Functions for seamless media pipeline execution
Enhance Rally Metadata Processing extracting and normalizing metadata for media lifecycle tracking
Manage Rally Storage and Resource Optimization ensuring cost-effective cloud-based media archival
Monitor Rally Reporting Analytics to gain insights into workflow efficiency and error handling
Implement robust error handling logging and monitoring to ensure minimal downtime and rapid failover
Enforce best security practices ensuring IAM controlled API access and system integrity
Collaborate with engineering and media operations teams to continuously refine workflow automation strategies
Required Skills Qualifications
Strong Python programming skills 5 years focusing on REST API integrations and workflow scripting
Deep expertise in SDVI Rally components including Core Jobs Orchestrator APIs Storage Metadata Processing and Analytics
Extensive experience with AWS services Lambda S3 SNS SQS Step Functions for scalable media processing
Solid understanding of media asset management and content lifecycle optimization
Experience with containerization technologies Docker Kubernetes for deployment and orchestration
Strong grasp of CICD pipelines Git version control and automated testing methodologies
Knowledge of video encoding transcoding standards MPEGDASH HLS HDR formats and their integration into workflows
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for optimizing largescale Rally workflows
Strong communication and collaboration abilities for cross functional team engagement
Preferred Qualifications

Advanced Python skills for metadata processing workflow scripting and media ingestion
