Position Overview: • Responsible for architecting and developing business intelligence (BI) solutions, primarily using the Power BI platform. • Work with cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and create visually compelling reports and dashboards that drive insights for business decisions. • This is an opportunity to utilize your expertise in data analysis, warehousing, and visualization to impact key business areas, including financial markets, geospatial data, and enterprise-level reporting. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for various business units, including equity, fixed income, and derivative product tracking. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design end-to-end BI solutions, including data models, ETL processes, and advanced DAX calculations. • Architect and configure data security, user access, and report sharing across multiple business groups. • Lead daily standup meetings and support project tracking, documentation, and report migrations from development to production environments. • Create geospatial reports, KPIs, and performance testing dashboards using Power BI's mapping and data visualization capabilities. • Develop Paginated Reports with Power BI Report Builder and optimize existing reports to enhance performance and responsiveness. • Leverage SQL, PL/SQL, and SSIS for data extraction, transformation, and loading into the reporting database. • Perform advanced analysis on data from Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other data sources for attribution modeling and segmentation. • Train and mentor new team members on Power BI development and best practices. • Support geospatial data visualization and integration for financial, utility, and GIS projects. • Document development processes, data sources, and custom transformations for knowledge sharing.
