Role description
TrueNorth is working with a successful Tech consultancy, and we're looking for a Staff Data Engineer for an immediate contract.
Key skills:
• Deep Databricks experience - FinOps
• Databricks - Infrastructure in Code
• Scaling processes around it (CI/CD, asset bundles deployment, access management, platform governance)
• Spark and compute optimisation
• Delta table format optimisation and tuning
OR
• Deep Kafka infrastructure management experience
• MSK
• Schema registry
• Observability and monitoring at scale
The roles are outside IR35 and have a rate of £700-750 per day.
Given the urgency of the roles and projects, we do need everyone to be available either immediately or with circa 2 weeks notice.
