Skills Required: • File Transfer / Managed File Transfer Platforms (IBM Sterling, Stonebranch, etc) • Scheduling Platform Concepts (Triggers, Calendards, Schedules, etc) • SFTP/FTP File Upload / Download Utilities • UML Design / Architecture Skills • Windows OS / Linux OS • Azure or AWS • Basic Networking (Network Security Groups, Firewall, etc) • File Encryption Best Practices (PGP, etc) • File Transport Best Practices (TLS 1.2, etc) • ServiceNow Ticket Creation and Management Certifications Preferred: • Stonebranch Developer • Stonebranch Admin Daily Tasks: • Documenting Requirements for new Stonebranch Workflows • Creating UML Design drawings for new Stonebranch Workflows • Creating Stonebranch Workflows via Stonebranch UI • Troubleshooting Stonebranch Workflows via Stonebranch UI • Promoting Stonebranch Workflows through Environments • Monitoring Stonebranch Workflow performance / Errors • Peer Review Stonebranch Workflows; provide feedback • Align with Stonebranch Platform Best Practices • Update ADO / Dev tracking tools with progress • Work with Project Managers and internal groups to communicate development, testing, and deployment status Weekly Tasks: • Identify Stonebranch Workflows that require optimization • Create Stonebranch Widgets for Workflows in specific BU-IT domains, value streams, or groups. Monthly Tasks: • Report on Workflow Health • Report on Workflow Platform Consumption / Licensing impacts Quarterly Tasks: • Participate in Planning for new Stonebranch UI development workloads Yearly Tasks: • Validate C Analyze Yearly Workflow INC Counts • Validate C Analyze Yearly Workflow PROD Deployment Counts • Provide summary of Accomplishments On-Demand Tasks: • Support System (MAR) Audits • TBD
