Summary:
We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support and drive key supply chain processes, including Demand Planning and the PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) process. This role will partner closely with Product Managers and Key Account Managers to manage demand forecasts, analyze supply and demand trends, maintain optimal inventory levels, and improve forecast accuracy. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting end-to-end planning activities and ensuring business visibility across sales, inventory, and production operations.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Coordinate and support the PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) process by working closely with Product Managers and Key Account Managers.
β’ Prepare materials and presentations for Demand Planning (PSI) and business review meetings, highlighting key supply and demand issues that require decision-making.
β’ Drive planning activities to improve forecast accuracy and provide sales and production visibility through the enhancement and stabilization of Return to Forecast (RTF) processes.
β’ Support demand review meetings through forecast preparation, reporting, data analysis, and variance tracking.
β’ Analyze supply chain data, documents, materials, and products to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established standards and specifications.
β’ Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate material availability while supporting production requirements.
β’ Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within demand planning and inventory management processes.
β’ Generate reports and provide actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.
β’ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Experience
β’ Korean/English Bilingual abilities preffered
β’ 1β3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, or a related field.
β’ Experience supporting forecasting, inventory planning, or supply chain operations.
β’ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:Pivot Tables
β’ VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
β’ Complex formulas and data analysis functions
β’ Reporting and dashboard creation
β’ Experience working with supply chain planning systems and business reporting tools is an asset.
Education
