About The Role
As a Supply Chain Analytics Co-op, you will transform large volumes of operational data into meaningful insights that support business decisions across inventory planning, warehouse optimization, material movement, and manufacturing transformation initiatives.
You will leverage analytical tools, visualization platforms, statistical methods, and business intelligence solutions to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and improve operational performance. Your work will help teams make faster, smarter, and more informed decisions during critical transformation and retooling activities.
What You'll Do
Business Intelligence & Reporting
β’ Design and maintain interactive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions that provide visibility into operational performance.
β’ Develop business intelligence tools that support supply chain, inventory, warehouse, and manufacturing decision-making.
β’ Automate recurring reports and data processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
β’ Create compelling visualizations that clearly communicate business trends, risks, and opportunities.
β’ Translate complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Data Analytics & Statistical Modeling
β’ Analyze large operational datasets to identify patterns, performance drivers, and improvement opportunities.
β’ Apply statistical techniques to evaluate operational effectiveness and support business planning.
β’ Conduct forecasting and trend analysis related to inventory levels, warehouse capacity, and operational readiness.
β’ Develop analytical models that improve visibility into supply chain performance and material flow efficiency.
β’ Support data-driven recommendations through quantitative analysis and business intelligence methodologies.
Inventory & Supply Chain Optimization
β’ Evaluate inventory utilization, inventory transitions, and supply chain performance metrics.
β’ Support planning activities related to inventory movement, inventory buffers, and operational continuity.
β’ Create analytical tools that improve forecasting accuracy and inventory visibility.
β’ Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights that support inventory optimization initiatives.
β’ Assist with scenario planning and operational readiness assessments during transformation projects.
Warehouse & Material Flow Analysis
β’ Analyze storage utilization, warehouse capacity, and material movement performance.
β’ Support initiatives focused on warehouse space optimization and process efficiency.
β’ Create workflow maps and process analyses to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
β’ Develop reporting tools and performance measurements that support material flow improvements.
β’ Contribute to operational improvement projects through data collection, analysis, and performance tracking.
Data Quality & Process Improvement
β’ Perform data validation, cleansing, and standardization activities to maintain reporting accuracy.
β’ Document reporting methodologies, KPI definitions, data sources, and analytical processes.
