Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst III – 100% Remote
Position Summary:
The Supply Chain Analyst III supports system-wide sourcing and master data initiatives within the Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) division. This role drives analytics, reporting, and master data integrity to strengthen the foundation for future ERP implementations. The analyst partners with sourcing, data governance, and ERP teams to improve data quality, enhance reporting accuracy, and deliver actionable insights that support strategic supply chain decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting & Analytics (Primary Focus)
• Perform complex supply chain analytics and reporting to support sourcing, RFP evaluations, cost comparisons, and performance metrics.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel, Tableau, and/or Power BI.
• Translate raw ERP data into actionable insights for decision-making.
• Develop repeatable models to track sourcing effectiveness and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
Master Data Management (Secondary Focus)
• Clean, standardize, and enrich item master data, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Lead data validation and testing efforts for ERP readiness.
• Identify and resolve duplicates, incorrect attributes, and data gaps affecting downstream reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with system and regulatory standards.
Additional Responsibilities
• Execute supply chain functions including data analytics, purchasing support, contracting, sourcing, technical integrations, and quality assurance.
• Translate management objectives into actionable project work for analysts and team contributors.
• Develop goals, build system standards, and audit for conformance.
• Provide training and documentation to standardize data and reporting practices across facilities.
• Identify process improvements and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Strong experience with Lawson ERP; exposure to Workday preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, large dataset analysis); experience with Tableau or Power BI strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to perform data modeling, cost analysis, and reporting for sourcing or procurement functions.
• Knowledge of item master maintenance, data cleansing, and validation processes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail, organizational discipline, and a collaborative mindset.
Team Environment:
• Works within the Enterprise Business Systems division, collaborating closely with sourcing, ERP, and data governance teams.
