Role description
Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst Position Summary The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and improving supply chain processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services. This role involves data analysis, forecasting, inventory management, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to support business objectives. Key Responsibilities โ€ข Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. โ€ข Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory levels, lead times, and order accuracy. โ€ข Assist in demand forecasting and inventory planning to ensure optimal stock levels. โ€ข Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to streamline processes and reduce costs. โ€ข Support implementation of supply chain systems and tools, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. โ€ข Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions and recommend corrective actions. โ€ข Prepare presentations and reports for management to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field. โ€ข 2+ years of experience in supply chain analysis or a similar role. โ€ข Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). โ€ข Knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain software preferred. โ€ข Excellent communication and collaboration skills. โ€ข Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Delavan, WI. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
