Role description
We’re seeking a Supply Chain Data & Reporting Analyst to support KPI reporting, data integrity, and process improvement across supply chain operations. This role focuses on SAP MM data extraction, Power BI dashboards, and documentation, translating data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain supply chain KPI dashboards using Power BI
• Extract, validate, and analyze SAP MM data to support reporting needs
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and data workflows
• Create SOPs, user guides, and training materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support users
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or related field
• 3–5 years of supply chain or data analysis experience
• Hands-on experience with SAP MM (e.g., MARA, MARC, MSEG, EKKO, EKPO)
• Experience with Power BI for reporting and visualization
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
• Energy or industrial industry experience a plus
