Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analytics Engineer / Data Scientist with a strong blend of data engineering, advanced analytics, and AI-driven supply chain insights experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven background building scalable data solutions, conducting deep analytical investigations, and delivering business-critical insights in fast-paced enterprise environments.
This role requires someone who can partner closely with Operations, Planning, and Finance stakeholders to translate complex business problems into reliable, production-grade analytical solutions.
Required Experience
• 8+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or Data Science
• Strong experience owning medium to large-scale projects end-to-end with minimal guidance
• Proven track record delivering production-grade, business-critical data products
• Experience working in large enterprise or product-based environments preferred
Core Technical Skills
• Advanced SQL skills (Hive, Presto, or equivalent)
• Strong Python programming experience using pandas, NumPy, and related libraries
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining scalable ETL/ELT pipelines
• Strong understanding of data modeling and warehouse design
• Experience with dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas
• Experience with Databricks, Spark, or similar big data platforms
Analytics & Data Science Skills
• Strong understanding of statistical methods including:
• Regression analysis
• Hypothesis testing
• Time series analysis
• Experience performing root-cause analysis and quantifying business impact
• Ability to generate executive-ready insights from complex datasets
• Experience with AI-driven analytics, forecasting, or optimization models is highly preferred
Business & Communication Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience partnering with Operations, Finance, and Planning teams
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work through ambiguous business requirements and convert them into scalable data solutions
Preferred Background
• Experience supporting Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Forecasting, or Planning analytics
• Experience in large-scale technology or product-driven organizations preferred
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
