Responsibilities
Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with purchasing and procurement teams to ensure timely acquisition of materials.
Utilize ERP systems such as SAP ERP to manage inventory levels and streamline operations.
Implement process improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles.
Develop demand planning strategies to align production with market needs.
Create reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI for data visualization.
Coordinate with manufacturing teams to optimize production schedules based on material availability.
Monitor MRP (Material Requirements Planning) processes to maintain inventory accuracy.
Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing overall supply chain performance.
Skills
Proficiency in SAP and ERP systems for effective supply chain management.
Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL for data analysis.
Knowledge of purchasing, procurement, and demand planning processes.
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement methodologies.
Ability to utilize Tableau and Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration across departments.
