Job Title: Supply Chain Business Analyst – SAP ERP
Location: Lawrenceville, NJ (Onsite 60% minimum)
Duration: 9 Months (Contract)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, Normal Business Hours
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Business Analyst – SAP ERP to join our client’s Cell Therapy Manufacturing Operations team in Lawrenceville, NJ. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting SAP S/4 HANA implementation and business process optimization across supply chain, planning, and master data functions.
This role requires a hands-on functional expert who can bridge business requirements and system capabilities, ensuring successful execution of global ERP initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced biopharma environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a business process expert for Supply Chain Planning and Master Data within the SAP ERP environment.
• Support Greenfield SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects including requirement gathering, documentation, testing (UAT), and deployment.
• Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and ensure all requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with project goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT, Finance, and Project Management to deliver seamless business process integration.
• Provide expertise in end-to-end supply chain business processes — from demand planning and procurement to inventory and logistics execution.
• Support Master Data Management (MDM) activities ensuring data integrity and accuracy across supply chain operations.
• Participate in UAT planning, test script development, and defect resolution.
• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements for greater efficiency and compliance with cGMP standards.
Must-Have Qualifications:
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP ERP / SAP S/4 HANA in Supply Chain modules.
• Proven experience in Greenfield SAP implementation and Master Data Management.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end business planning processes (Forecasting, MPS, MRP, Procurement, Inventory, and Logistics).
• Minimum of 3 full life-cycle SAP ERP implementations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Preferred Experience:
• Experience in biopharma or life sciences manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GxP / cGMP compliance.
• Familiarity with HP ALM or other testing tools for UAT.
Work Arrangement:
• Onsite requirement: Minimum 60% onsite at Lawrenceville, NJ (must be flexible to come in more than 60% as needed).
• No travel required.
