Role description
Job Description: Business Analyst (Supply Chain / Manufacturing Domain) Location: Remote Role Overview We are seeking a Business Analyst with 8 years of experience and strong expertise in Supply Chain processes within the Manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements, improve operational processes, and support business transformation initiatives. This is a fully remote role requiring strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities β€’ Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. β€’ Work with stakeholders to understand current supply chain and manufacturing processes and recommend improvements. β€’ Support business functions including: β€’ Procurement β€’ Inventory Management β€’ Logistics & Transportation β€’ Warehouse Operations β€’ Order Management β€’ Production Planning β€’ Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, and functional documentation. β€’ Coordinate with development, QA, and business teams during project execution. β€’ Participate in process improvement and transformation initiatives. β€’ Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and root cause analysis. β€’ Support UAT testing and validation activities. β€’ Ensure timely communication between business users and technical teams. Required Qualifications β€’ 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst. β€’ Strong experience in Supply Chain and Manufacturing domain. β€’ Hands-on experience with supply chain business processes. β€’ Strong knowledge of requirement gathering, documentation, and process mapping. β€’ Experience working in Agile or Waterfall methodologies. β€’ Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications β€’ Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau. β€’ Experience with warehouse management or supply chain planning tools. β€’ Prior experience supporting manufacturing transformation initiatives. Education β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
