About the Job Title: Supply Chain Business Intelligence Analyst Location: Greater Boston Area, MA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite) Employment Type: Contract Status: Accepting Candidates About the Role We are seeking a data-driven Supply Chain Business Intelligence Analyst to support operational excellence through reporting, analytics, and business insights. The ideal candidate will leverage Power BI, advanced Excel, and data analysis to improve planning, inventory management, logistics, and supply chain performance across the organization. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and executive-level reports. • Analyze supply chain, inventory, and operational data using advanced Excel and data modeling techniques. • Track KPIs and build scorecards to measure planning, procurement, warehousing, transportation, and logistics performance. • Deliver actionable insights to improve forecasting accuracy, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency. • Support cost analysis, vendor performance tracking, and supply chain reporting initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting standards, data quality, and business intelligence processes. • Assist in identifying process improvements through trend analysis and performance metrics. Qualifications • 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Business Intelligence, Operations Analytics, or related fields. • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Advanced Microsoft Excel, and data visualization. • Experience creating dashboards, KPI reports, scorecards, and analytical reporting solutions. • Knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution operations. • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, etc.) and reporting tools. • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences environments is preferred. • Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) industry experience is considered an advantage. Compensation (MA Pay Transparency) Estimated Pay Range: $60–$70/hr (W-2) Final compensation will depend on experience, technical skills, and interview performance.
