Responsibilities
• Analyze middle-mile transportation workflows to identify network bottlenecks, optimize transit efficiency, and drive cost savings.
• Design, build, and maintain automated KPI dashboards and data visualizations to monitor daily operational metrics.
• Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation to streamline logistics and fulfillment workflows.
• Manage end-to-end analytical projects, translating business requirements into data-driven operational strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional supply chain teams to communicate insights, present findings, and implement process improvements.
Join a collaborative and fast-paced team with a flexible dress code and a dynamic work environment. This is a 12-month contract position with potential for extension or full-time conversion. In this role you will be working remotely.

Required Skills
• 1–3 years of data analysis experience in a supply chain or logistics environment.
• Ability to write SQL queries from scratch
• Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables).
• Hands-on experience creating dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI
• Basic experience with Python
• Ability to project manage to keep projects on track
• Strong problem-solving abilities, independent initiative, and excellent cross-functional communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Information Management, or a related field, plus
