Role description
Job Summary We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven professional to join the DashMart Supply Chain Analytics team. In this role, you’ll use data to help improve how we manage vendor orders, forecast labor needs, and keep operations running efficiently. You’ll analyze order patterns, optimize delivery schedules, and ensure we have the right products in stock at the right time. This position requires strong SQL and Excel skills, a sharp analytical mindset, and the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. Key Responsibilities β€’ Use data to analyze and improve vendor order frequency, ensuring orders meet minimum quantity requirements and support efficient delivery routes. β€’ Plan and adjust orders for holidays and special events to make sure products are available when demand increases. β€’ Develop and maintain labor forecasting models to align staffing levels with expected shipment volumes. β€’ Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance supply chain accuracy and efficiency. β€’ Build dashboards and reports using SQL and Excel to provide visibility into key supply chain metrics and support better decision-making. Required Skills & Qualifications β€’ Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel for analyzing and visualizing data. β€’ Previous experience in data analytics, forecasting, or supply chain operations. β€’ Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and clearly communicate insights to non-technical teams.
