Must Have:
5+ years of experience in Supply Planning, working directly with demand planning teams and manufacturing.
Expertise in SAP, including understanding logic paths and troubleshooting data discrepancies.
Ability to analyze data points for product batch runs and determine lead times while ensuring compliance with production capacity.
Good to have:
Strong storytelling skills to explain technical topics to diverse audiences.
Experience in influencing teams and delivering constructive feedback.
Experience in related industries, particularly with supply chain and inventory planning.
Nice to have:
Flexibility in switching between strategic, tactical, and operational levels of thinking.
High proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and macros.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Cognos.
