Skills • 8+ years of experience in marketplace operations, growth strategies, or consulting. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools. • Exceptional leadership abilities and effective communication skills. • Experience in designing and managing partnership programs and sales cycles. Preferred Skills • Consulting background with an MBA is a plus. • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and performance marketing. • Experience in developing incentive structures and performance metrics. • Proficiency in BI tools like Tableau for data visualization.
