Position: Survey Analyst/Data Analyst
Location: REMOTE - EST
Length: 6+ Months
Rate: $32/hr - $35/hr

Required Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 2+ years of experience as a statistical or survey research analyst.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise survey platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with survey methodology, data collection, and statistical analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain data insights to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Preferred:
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Experience using SQL or other data extraction methods.
• Prior experience in higher education, institutional research, or assessment.
• Familiarity with FERPA and data privacy standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Survey Administration & Design
• Serve as the campus administrator for enterprise‑level survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SogoSurvey, SurveyMonkey).
• Manage survey accounts, permissions, and distribution lists.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to design valid, reliable survey instruments.
• Oversee survey deployment, response management, and data integrity.
• Maintain a master survey schedule and governance standards.
Data Analysis & Reporting
• Analyze survey results using statistical methods and sampling techniques.
• Compile and present findings through written reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Produce and maintain institutional reports (Fact Book, Graduate Placement, Employer Reports).
• Coordinate with external agencies and partners to verify and submit required data.
