Role description
Responsibilities: Maintain long-running tracking surveys including monitoring and addressing data or pipeline errors Build and maintain trustworthy workflows and dashboards for survey data Support other quantitative researchers with data pipeline building and migrations (apache airflow, github) following a documented process Build and maintain dashboards to monitor survey health and performance Conduct ad-hoc analyses to inform survey distribution strategy and planning Conduct ad-hoc analyses of existing survey data to answer well-defined questions Participate in our efforts to templatize and streamline survey creation and analysis Required Skills/Experience: 3+ years of experience in large data analysis, with experience handling user-level data [Nice to have] Experience with survey methodology and survey data (e.g., survey design, sampling, etc.). Experience working with log data at scale, including processing, analyzing, and dashboarding to inform decision making. Proficient in SQL and comfortable in R or Python for data analysis (descriptive stats, basic inferential stats, visualization). Independent, able to execute work with minimal oversight once the task has been identified and the solution aligned on with key stakeholders. An owner, proactively share concerns or issues found in the data. Troubleshooting mindset, able to work through challenges, resolving roadblocks or proactively asking for help when needed. Transparent process and clear communication skills to work effectively with quant leadership and program management.
