Role description
Minimum 8–10 years of experience designing and delivering web-based survey platforms or data collection
Demonstrated experience developing systems that support:
Structured data capture (forms, surveys, or assessments)
Large-scale user participation (10,000+ users)
Proven experience implementing:
Survey or form-based data collection workflows
Configurable questionnaires or structured input systems
Experience developing analytics and reporting capabilities, including dashboards and data visualization
Experience working with public sector, education, or large-scale enterprise systems
Strong experience in:
Role-based access control and multi-level user hierarchies
Secure data handling and privacy compliance (PII protection)
Experience integrating applications with external data systems or APIs
Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and scalable system design
Strong ability to translate business/data requirements into system functionality
Lead the design and implementation of a structured survey management platform supporting:
Survey configuration (core, optional, and limited custom questions)
Survey deployment and scheduling
Large-scale response collection
Oversee the integration and structuring of survey instruments provided by the University into the application
Define and implement workflows for:
Survey distribution (links, portals, QR-based access)
Response tracking and monitoring
Ensure the system supports:
Secure data collection and storage
Role-based access for district, campus, and state users
Guide development of reporting capabilities, including:
Standardized dashboards
Data visualization aligned to predefined metrics
Trend analysis across survey cycles
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security requirements, including anonymization and controlled data access
Collaborate with technical teams (frontend, backend, data) to ensure end-to-end system alignment
Support scalability requirements to handle high-volume participation across multiple districts and schools
Contribute to system design decisions that enhance usability, performance, and reliability of the survey platform
