Sustainability Data Analyst

Key Details • Compensation: $30–$35/hour • Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision • Location: Northfield, IL • Work Model: Hybrid (minimum one onsite day per week) LaSalle Network is hiring for a Sustainability Data Analyst to support enterprise-wide utilities data collection and GHG emissions reporting. This contract role blends analytical rigor with cross-functional collaboration and is well-suited for professionals with an accounting, finance or data background looking to expand into sustainability and ESG work. What’s the job? • Compile monthly utilities consumption and cost data across US facilities • Support GHG emissions inventory calculations using standardized templates • Maintain audit-ready documentation tied to original data sources • Validate data accuracy through invoice review and reconciliation • Identify data gaps and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve or estimate • Ensure consistent, accurate reporting aligned with governance standards What’s needed? • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • High attention to detail and data accuracy • Excel proficiency and experience handling large datasets • Ability to collaborate across facilities, finance and sustainability teams • Interest in sustainability, energy or environmental reporting LaSalle Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer m/f/d/v.
