About Us
We’re an early-stage technology startup building the next generation of AI-driven learning and productivity applications — inspired by educational platforms. Our mission is to transform how people learn, read, and create, using advanced mobile technology, natural language processing, and intuitive design.
As a founding team member, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our iOS ecosystem from the ground up — influencing technical direction, product design, and the future of the company. We believe great products start with great teams, and we’re offering meaningful equity ownership to those who help us build the foundation.
Position Overview
We’re looking for a Swift Developer who’s passionate about creating elegant, scalable iOS applications that blend AI, education, and productivity. You’ll collaborate with engineers, designers, and data scientists to develop mobile experiences that rival the polish of leading apps while harnessing cutting-edge intelligence under the hood.
If you’ve ever wanted to join a startup where your code, creativity, and ideas directly shape the company’s success — this is it.
Key Responsibilities
· Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
· Collaborate on product vision and contribute ideas for features that enhance engagement and usability.
· Integrate AI/ML capabilities (e.g., speech-to-text, text-to-speech, handwriting recognition, adaptive learning).
· Build secure and reliable cloud-based data sync systems with Firebase, CloudKit, or similar services.
· Optimize app performance, accessibility, and Apple Pencil integration for seamless user experiences.
· Write clean, testable, and scalable code following MVVM/Clean architecture patterns.
· Collaborate closely with design, backend, and AI teams to deliver consistent, elegant UX/UI.
· Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools).
What You Bring
· 3+ years of iOS development with strong Swift and SwiftUI, Firebase, GitHub, Doppler, Fastlane expertise.
· Experience working on consumer-facing or productivity apps with interactive, media-rich interfaces.
· Familiarity with AI and ML frameworks (Core ML, Speech framework, OpenAI APIs, etc.).
· Understanding of offline-first architectures and data persistence.
· Experience deploying to the App Store and maintaining version releases.
· Strong debugging, performance-tuning, and architecture design skills.
Bonus Skills
· Experience with edtech, productivity, or note-taking applications (PDFKit, PencilKit, etc.).
· Knowledge of on-device machine learning or personalized content systems.
· Interest in education, neurolearning, or digital creativity.
· Familiarity with startup environments — adaptable, collaborative, and self-directed.
Why Join Us
· Ground-floor equity: Participate in the company’s growth and long-term success.
· Creative ownership: Direct influence over product design, architecture, and user experience.
· Flexible work: Remote options with autonomy and trust.
· Fast-paced innovation: Work with a small, talented team passionate about building impactful tools.
· Mission-driven: Help shape the future of learning and creativity through technology.
Compensation & Benefits

· Flexible PTO and work hours
· Opportunity for leadership and growth as the company scales
