Title: Systems Integration Analyst – nCino & Commercial Lending Locations: 550 S Brevard St Charlotte, NC Duration: 9 months Work Engagement: W2 Work Schedule: 3 days in office/2 days remote Benefits on offer for this contract position: Health Insurance, Life insurance, 401K and Voluntary Benefits Summary: We are seeking a Systems Integration Analyst to support our Integration Team, acting as the critical liaison between nCino and the 30–40 systems that connect to it. This role requires strong technical aptitude, deep experience in data analysis, and a solid understanding of commercial lending to ensure seamless data flow, system integrity, and high‑quality integrations. You will work closely with a 10‑person agile team, performing hands‑down technical analysis, SQL work, and data mapping to support enterprise‑level cross‑system integrations. Responsibilities: • Serve as the integration point between nCino and all connected enterprise systems. • Collaborate with engineering, product, and integration teams to understand data movement and system interactions. • Analyze data across multiple connected systems, identifying patterns, gaps, and quality issues. • Design and execute data mapping, ensuring consistent interpretation and transformation across platforms. • Write and optimize SQL queries for analysis, troubleshooting, and validation. • Work within an Agile team environment to deliver incremental enhancements and integration fixes. • Contribute to the improvement of data quality, interface performance, and system interoperability. • Leverage REST APIs for system-to-system integrations and debugging. • Support commercial lending workflows by applying domain knowledge to technical scenarios. Qualifications: • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. • Data Analysis across multiple systems • Data Mapping and transformation • Data Quality assessment and remediation • SQL (intermediate to advanced) • REST API understanding and usage • Agile team experience • Commercial Lending knowledge (must have) • Ability to work in a fast-paced, heads-down technical environment • nCino platform experience • Kafka or other event streaming platforms • Experience working with large-scale system integration architectures • Familiarity with AI-driven interfacing or automation technologies • Strong analytical mindset • Excellent communication—capable of working between business and technical teams • Detail‑oriented and organized • Able to independently drive tasks to completion within a collaborative agile team
