Location: 100% REMOTE - East Coast U.S. only (Must reside in Eastern or Central Time Zone)
Seeking a Tableau Analytics Lead with experience delivering commercial pharmaceutical analytics and dashboard solutions. This role will lead reporting workstreams, partner with business stakeholders, and develop Tableau dashboards that support sales, marketing, and commercial operations.Requirements:
• 7+ years of Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Tableau development experience
• 5+ years developing Tableau dashboards using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server
• 3+ years supporting commercial pharmaceutical analytics using one or more of the following datasets / systems:
• IQVIA DDD (Drug Distribution Data)
• Xponent PlanTrak
• LAAD Claims
• Veeva CRM
• Strong SQL skills
Nice to Have:
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse
• Dashboard UX/UI best practices
• Validation/testing of reports (SQL vs front-end validation)
Responsibilities:
• Lead Tableau dashboard development for commercial pharmaceutical analytics initiatives
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define KPI reporting
• Validate data accuracy using SQL and support UAT activities
• Manage workstream priorities, timelines, and deliverables
