Tableau Developer

We’re looking for a Tableau Developer who thrives on turning raw data into powerful insights. If you love building dashboards that don’t just look good but also drive smarter decisions, this role is for you. This isn’t just about charts and graphs, it’s about storytelling with data. You’ll design, optimize, and deploy dashboards that bring clarity to complex business questions, all while collaborating with a team that values creativity, precision, and impact. 🚀 Tableau Developer Location: Beaverton, OR (Onsite, Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM) Type: 6-Month Contract (Extension Possible) What You’ll Do: • Design & Build – Create interactive, visually appealing dashboards and reports in Tableau that follow best practices and corporate design standards. • Work with Data – Connect, clean, and model data from multiple sources (databases, cloud, Excel, flat files). • Optimize Performance – Ensure dashboards run smoothly and efficiently, troubleshooting bottlenecks as needed. • Collaborate & Communicate – Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable visualizations. • Apply UX Principles – Use data storytelling and visualization best practices to make dashboards intuitive and impactful. • Lead & Share Knowledge – Be a subject matter expert (SME) in Tableau, mentoring team members and promoting best practices. What We’re Looking For ✔️ 5+ years of experience in Tableau development (must-have SME level expertise) ✔️ Strong background in structured coding, testing, and deployment processes ✔️ Excellent communication skills, especially in client-facing roles ✔️ Knowledge of data modeling, ETL, and visualization best practices ✔️ Team player who thrives in collaborative environments ✔️ Bonus: Familiarity with Airtable or Smartsheets ✔️ Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience) Why You’ll Love This Role • You’ll get to own the dashboarding process end-to-end. • You’ll be part of a collaborative team environment with plenty of cross-functional interaction. • You’ll work on projects that directly impact business strategy and decision-making.
