Location: Chicago, Peoria, IL or Dallas/Irving, TX (Onsite 5 days/week)
Start Date: November 3, 2025
Duration: 12 month contract with possible extensions
Compensation: $55-$60/hour
Job Description
The main function of a specialty analyst/developer is to design, develop, and modify data and dashboards. Additionally, this role will partner with a business analyst and assess the current landscape of dashboards, make a plan to reduce the landscape, and execute a new dashboard strategy. Responsibilities include modifying existing dashboards to correct errors, analyzing future user needs, and executing development requirements using aftermarket data and Tableau. The role also involves evaluating reporting formats, costs, and security needs, consulting with the business on dashboard design and maintenance, and collaborating with systems analysts, engineers, and programmers to gather information on system limitations, capabilities, performance requirements, and interfaces.
Candidate Requirements
β’ Bachelorβs degree in business analytics, data science, statistics, economics, mathematics, or similar field with quantitative coursework plus 5+ years experience
β’ Masterβs degree with 4+ years experience
β’ PhD with 4+ years experience
β’ No degree: must have 10+ years experience
β’ Must provide portfolio.
