Job Title: Tableau Developer Location: Charlotte, NC Work Arrangement: Hybrid Client Industry: Banking Duration:12-18 Months (Possibility of Full-Time Conversion) About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Tableau Developer to join our team in Charlotte. If you love building smart, impactful dashboards and are excited about the future of AI + automation, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: • Build data management dashboards for LOBs across the enterprise • Develop in-house tools and visualizations using Tableau • Leverage Tableau 2024+ AI capabilities to enhance dashboards • Collaborate with the team to integrate AI & automation wherever possible • Use Python to support automation opportunities within applications What We’re Looking For: • 5+ years of hands-on Tableau Development experience • 1+ year working with Tableau 2024 or newer • Experience with Tableau AI (mandatory) • Python automation experience is a strong plus Compensation: Hourly Rate: $60 - $65 per hour This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
