Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain visually compelling and highly interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to support our Quote-to-Cash program, from executive-level summaries to detailed operational metrics.

• Create and maintain clear documentation for data sources, dashboard logic, and user guides to ensure transparency and scalability.
• Conduct comprehensive testing of all developed dashboards and reports to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and optimal performance
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess deep Tableau expertise, a strong command of data visualization best practices, and a proven ability to translate complex business requirements into powerful, data-driven solutions that drive decision-making.
Required Qualifications
• 3-5+ years of dedicated professional experience designing, developing, and maintaining complex dashboards and reports in Tableau.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write and optimize complex queries to manipulate and extract data from various sources.
• Hands-on experience with data warehouses as a primary data source, specifically Amazon Redshift.
• Familiarity with data from ERP/CRM systems required; specific experience with Salesforce (SFDC), Zuora, and/or NetSuite is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated understanding of data visualization best practices, including chart selection, color theory, and visual hierarchy to effectively present data.
• A portfolio of work that showcases your ability to tell stories and answer business questions with data.
• Experience deploying and managing content in a Tableau Cloud environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Tableau certifications (e.g., Tableau Data Analyst, Certified Associate).
• Direct experience with Quote-to-Cash (QTC) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes and reporting.
• Exposure to other BI/data tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx) or data-oriented programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
• Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and agile environment.
