Can be located in either Maitland, FL or Florham Park, NJ Position Title: Tableau Developer Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer with 3–5 years of experience to join our team in modernizing and revamping our reporting infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Tableau, SQL, and Alteryx and a passion for turning raw data into insightful, visually engaging dashboards. You'll play a key role in transitioning legacy Excel-based reports into scalable, automated Tableau solutions that support strategic decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities Include: • Develop, enhance, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports based on business requirements. • Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and prepare data for use in Tableau reports. • Use Alteryx for data blending, transformation, and workflow automation as needed. • Lead efforts to modernize existing Tableau reports, improving usability, performance, and visual appeal. • Migrate Excel-based reports and processes to Tableau to support scalability and consistency. • Collaborate with data analysts, business users, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights. • Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data visualization best practices. • Troubleshoot and resolve data or performance issues within Tableau reports and dashboards. Must Haves: • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Tableau development and dashboard/report creation. • Strong proficiency in SQL, including writing and optimizing queries for reporting. • Experience with Alteryx for data preparation and automation. • Proven experience in migrating reports from Excel to Tableau and modernizing legacy dashboards. • Solid understanding of data modeling, data structures, and ETL processes.
