This role is part of a key data transformation project, helping to build an enhanced reporting and analytics layer that underpins the bank’s decision-making. You’ll play a vital part in shaping intuitive BI dashboards, ensuring data is accurate, insightful, and visually engaging. Key Responsibilities • Design and deliver proof-of-concept Tableau dashboards for business stakeholders. • Migrate and rationalise BI reports from legacy systems to the Data Warehouse. • Act as a subject matter expert for Tableau development and best practices. • Collaborate with BI Analysts, Data Engineers, and business teams to refine requirements. • Optimise dashboard performance and establish consistent reporting standards. Skills & Experience • Proven experience in Tableau development and dashboard design. • Strong understanding of data modelling, SQL, and data warehousing concepts. • Experience working on data migration or transformation projects. • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
