Key Responsibilities:
• Connect Tableau to Dell s Stardust Data Lakehouse and configure data extracts/live queries.
• Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations tailored to business requirements.
• Collaborate with data engineering team to build and optimize curated data layers (bronze, silver, gold) for reporting.
• Create and manage Tableau data sources, calculations, filters, and performance-tuned dashboards.
• Implement data blending, joins, and advanced visualizations (e.g., parameters, level of detail calculations).
• Ensure data accuracy, validation, and alignment with governance models and KPIs.
• Support user adoption, conduct user training, and document dashboard functionality.
• Optimize report performance and help scale self-service BI capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in Tableau development and data analytics.
• Hands-on experience connecting Tableau with Dell Stardust or equivalent data lakehouse platforms.
• Strong SQL and data wrangling skills; ability to understand and work with complex data models.
• Experience with data transformation and pipeline design in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Ability to translate business questions into actionable, visual insights.
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and user-centric design.
• Familiarity with row-level security, role-based access, and Tableau Server/Online configurations.
