Role Description: Position: Talend Developer Location: 100% Remote Duration: 12 Months Contract Open for H4EAD, GC, GCEAD and USC Healthcare exp. is a must Job Summary :We are seeking a skilled Talend Developer with strong SQL and Test Data Management expertise to design, develop, and maintain data integration and testing solutions. The role involves building ETL pipelines, managing test data for QA and UAT environments, and supporting analytics and reporting needs. Experience with Databricks is a plus . Key Responsibilitie • s:Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Talen • d.Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validatio • n.Implement and manage Test Data Management (TDM) strategies to support QA, UAT, and regression testin • g.Create, refresh, mask, subset, and validate test data across multiple environment • s.Integrate data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and flat file • s.Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and performance across data pipelines and test dataset • s.Troubleshoot and resolve data integration, test data, and performance issue • s.Collaborate with QA, development, and business teams to understand test data requirement • s.Support scheduling, deployment, and monitoring of Talend job • s.Document data flows, test data processes, and technical design s.
