Role: Taleo TCC Scripts Developer. Location: Remote Contract: 6-9+ months. Experience: 8+ years. Job Description: Mandatory: Taleo recruiting and onboarding experience with TCC scripting knowledge. Key Responsibilities • Taleo Recruiting & Onboarding (Functional): • Configure, maintain, and enhance modules within Taleo Recruiting and Taleo Onboarding, including workflows, candidate stages, forms, templates, notifications, integrations, user roles, and permissions. • Manage creation and updates of requisition templates, offer letter templates, onboarding tasks, and user-defined fields (UDFs). • Support HR, Talent Acquisition, and Hiring Manager teams by resolving system issues and ensuring optimal user experience. • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional configurations within Taleo. • Monitor daily operations, troubleshoot recruiting/onboarding workflows, and provide user training and documentation as needed. • Ensure compliance with audit requirements and maintain data integrity across the platform. • TCC Scripting & Technical Support: • Develop, configure, and maintain Taleo Connect Client (TCC) scripts for data import/export, system integrations, and batch automation. • Build and schedule TCC scripts for HRIS, background check vendors, payroll systems, and downstream third-party integrations. • Perform data migrations, metadata configuration updates, mass uploads, and bulk process automations using TCC. • Troubleshoot TCC script errors, execute logs analysis, and provide timely resolutions. • Collaborate with IT/HRIS teams to support API integrations, SFTP connections, and secure data transfers. • Maintain version control and documentation for all scripts and integration processes.
