• Support website product content including attributes, specs, bullets, and digital metadata to improve search and discoverability

• Partner with business and technical teams to align taxonomy with evolving business needs
• Support distribution center (DC) data needs as the organization transitions from Direct‑to‑Branch to field‑based DCs
• Collaborate with third‑party taxonomy partners in the short term, with a long‑term goal of bringing ownership in‑house
• Use PIM tools to manage and audit product data at scale
• Assist in defining and enforcing data standards and best practices across teams
Required Skills & Experience
• Hands‑on experience working with product taxonomies, classification systems, or product information management (PIM)
• Strong understanding of product content, attributes, and metadata in a digital or eCommerce environment
• Experience supporting large category structures in retail, marketplace, or distribution environments
• Ability to balance data governance with business flexibility
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Technical Skills

• Experience with PIM tools (Agility preferred; EnterWorks, Informatica, Stibo, or similar acceptable)
• Comfortable working with structured product data at scale
• Python experience is a plus

• Experience supporting distribution centers (DCs) or supply chain data
• Background in retail, eCommerce, or marketplace environments (eBay, Macy’s, etc.)
• Experience working in mixed teams of contractors and full‑time employees
Team & Environment
• Part of a growing team (3–4 initially, scaling to 7–8 by year‑end)
• Mix of contractors and FTEs
• Reports into Taxonomy leadership; works closely with an Experience Manager
• Does not require prior distribution industry experience
