Now Hiring: Teamcenter AMS Support (L2 Support) – Enhancements & CAD Integration Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Months (Extendable) About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Teamcenter AMS Support Engineer to strengthen our PLM support operations. This role focuses on enhancements, CAD integrations, and Level 2/3 technical support, ensuring smooth, scalable, and reliable Teamcenter performance across the enterprise. Must-Have Skills • Strong hands-on experience with Teamcenter L2/L3 support • Expertise in enhancements: handlers, extensions, SOA services, RAC plugins • Proven experience supporting CAD integrations (NX, SolidWorks) • Ability to troubleshoot workflows, ACL rules, BMIDE configurations, and user access • Solid programming knowledge in C/C++, Java, C#, SQL, PowerShell, Python, TCL • Experience with Active Workspace and enterprise PLM environments Key Responsibilities • Deliver Level 2/3 support for Teamcenter PLM to maintain high availability • Develop and maintain custom enhancements (handlers, extensions, SOA, RAC plugins) • Support and troubleshoot CAD integrations & automation scripts • Perform deep-dive analysis for workflow issues, system configs, and access management • Conduct system health checks, RCA, and implement permanent fixes • Create/maintain documentation for configurations, customizations & procedures 📩 Interested?
