Teamcenter Lead Developer

Role: Teamcenter Lead Developer Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite) Engagement: Contract Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Siemens Teamcenter solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. • Customize and configure Teamcenter modules to meet client needs. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. • Ensure best practices in code quality, performance, and scalability. • Work closely with stakeholders to drive solution architecture and delivery. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Teamcenter environments. Required Skills & Experience: • 8+ years of experience in Teamcenter development and implementation. • Strong expertise in Teamcenter Unified Architecture (UA) and Active Workspace (AW). • Hands-on experience with ITK, BMIDE, RAC customization, and workflow development. • Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, or Python. • Experience with integration frameworks (SOA, REST services). • Solid understanding of PLM concepts and product lifecycle processes. • Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience in a Lead role managing teams and deliverables. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience working with global delivery teams.
