Tech Lead - Fullstack - 6 Month Contract

Requirements Requirements • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. • Strong proficiency in .NET • Experience with Azure; • Experience with React and Nextjs; • Experience with scalable system architecture and microservices. • Solid understanding of version control, CI/CD pipelines, and testing practices. • Ideally previous experience on fintech industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Comfortable working in agile environments. • Background in mentoring or coaching engineers. As a Tech Lead/Solution Architect, You Will • Lead a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship. • Contributing to the architecture and implementation of scalable systems. • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Define and enforce engineering best practices, code quality standards, and architectural guidelines. • Conduct code reviews, promote knowledge sharing, and foster a strong engineering culture. • Identify technical risks and bottlenecks, and propose solutions proactively. Must‑haves • Building secure, scalable web apps; strong grasp of API integration and data modelling. • Comfort with iterative delivery, trunk‑based development, CI/CD, code reviews, automated testing. • Experience with RBAC/authorisation, audit/logging, and handling PII. • Collaborative mindset; able to work with Product, UX and Compliance SMEs. Nice‑to‑haves • AML/KYC or regulated‑industry portals; case/workflow systems. • Experience integrating with Reapit/MM/Land Registry and KYC providers (Credas/CallVal). • Observability (metrics/tracing), performance tuning, accessibility. Delivery Lead Enterprise stakeholder management, cross‑stream planning, risk/issue management, reporting cadence. UX/UI Designer: design system alignment, accessible forms/tables, prototypes/usability testing. Benefits Competitive day rate.
